US Warranty
Warranty
All Enflair products come with a minimum 12-month warranty.
The warranty applies only to products that have not been altered or modified. Any modification or alteration will void the warranty.
The warranty covers defects, faulty materials, and faulty workmanship. It does not cover defects caused by:
- Accidental damage, mistreatment, or misuse
- Abnormal stresses or pressures
- Harsh environmental conditions (e.g., extreme temperatures, pressure changes, or exposure to damaging cleaning agents)
Repairs and alterations must be performed by a licensed technician or service agent to remain covered under warranty.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. In addition to Enflair’s warranty coverage, certain consumer rights may apply under relevant legislation and cannot be excluded or modified.
The warranty is void if products are not installed correctly or do not comply with U.S. building codes and industry standards.
Our products are backed by consumer protection laws, ensuring you have the right to repair or replacement if a product fails to meet quality standards, provided the failure is not classified as major.
