Payment & Policies
Payment
- All goods remain the property of Enflair until paid in full.
- All orders must be fully paid before delivery or pickup.
- An order is only considered confirmed once the payment has cleared.
- Bank transfers may take a few business days to process, which can affect order confirmation.
Purchases & Pricing
- Order cancellations: Enflair reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, product unavailability, or incorrect product or shipping information. If this occurs, we will notify you using the contact details provided.
- Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in USD (United States Dollars) and include applicable taxes where required.
- Shipping charges: If applicable, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
- Price changes: Prices for products, shipping, and additional charges are subject to change at any time based on availability.
- Taxes & fees: The buyer is responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by government agencies on purchases made through our website.
Discount Codes
- Single use: Discount codes may only be used once per purchase unless stated otherwise.
- Expiration: If a discount code has no listed expiration date, it will be valid for two weeks from the date of issue.
- No extensions: Expired discount codes cannot be used.
- No cash redemption: Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash or products.
- Misuse policy: Enflair reserves the right to revoke a discount code if it is misused or shared improperly.
Fraud Prevention
Orders flagged as potentially fraudulent will not be shipped until we verify the purchase with the buyer. This includes successful contact and verification of the cardholder’s identity through our Fraud Protection Process.
Color & Image Disclaimer
The product information on this website is for general reference only. While we strive for accuracy, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the product meets their specific needs.
- Screen & Lighting Differences: Product images and colors may vary due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and slight manufacturing variations.
- Minor Variations Disclaimer: We do not accept responsibility for minor differences in color, texture, or finish unless they are factory defects.

General Terms
- Inspect All Products: Inspect all products upon delivery or pickup.
- Enflair Pickups & Local Deliveries: For pickups or local deliveries handled by Enflair, our staff will inspect fragile items with the buyer to check for damage before release. If any damage is found, the item will be replaced within a reasonable timeframe.
Third-Party Freight Deliveries
- Customers must inspect all items within 24 hours of delivery.
- Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
- Signing the delivery receipt confirms that the order is complete and undamaged.
- Once the delivery document is signed, no claims for missing or incorrect items will be accepted.
- For third-party courier deliveries, missing items must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Reports made after this period will not be considered.
Installation & Warranty Requirements
- Pre-installation checks: Installers must check for visible defects before installation.
- No post-installation claims: Once a product is installed, no claims for cosmetic issues will be accepted. If a customer is not satisfied with a product, it must not be installed.
- Licensed installers required: Electrical and plumbing installations must be performed by licensed professionals.
- Keep installer details: Buyers must retain the license and company details of the installer in case of a warranty claim.
Warranty
- Coverage: All Enflair products come with a minimum 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. Some products may have extended warranties, depending on the product.
- Proof of purchase required: Warranty claims require proof of purchase (receipt or order record). We recommend keeping a copy of your receipt.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
- General wear and tear
- Improper cleaning
- Lack of maintenance
- Service fees: If an item is inspected and determined not to require repair or replacement, warranty service fees may apply.
Storage
- Limited Storage Period: Enflair does not store products for more than 7 business days unless prior arrangements are made.
- Maximum Free Storage: Products may be stored for a maximum of 4 weeks without additional charges.
- Payment Requirement: If Enflair agrees to store items on behalf of a buyer, the full invoice must be paid within 30 days of purchase.
- Liability Disclaimer: Enflair is not responsible for damage that may occur during extended storage periods.
Online Order Pickups
- Once the order is marked as "Ready for Pickup," you have 14 days to collect it.
- Storage fees will apply if the item is not picked up within 14 days.
Returns & Refunds

Refund Eligibility: Enflair only provides refunds for items that:
- Cannot be supplied
- Are deemed unfit for their intended purpose
- Do not have an acceptable alternative option available
- Consumer Protection Compliance: Refunds are processed in accordance with U.S. consumer protection laws and are only provided for faulty or unfit products.
- No Change-of-Mind Returns: Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
