US Shipping Policy
Shipping Information
We ship a wide range of items in different shapes and sizes, so shipping methods may vary depending on the type of product. Generally, shipments fall into three categories:
1. Large and/or Fragile Items
Many of our products, such as mirrors and sinks, are large and/or fragile. These items are typically delivered to the home or business address you provide. In some cases, they may be shipped to a designated depot for pickup.
2. Oversized Items
Oversized items are large and/or fragile products that have at least one side measuring 43.3 inches (110 cm) or more. This includes bathroom vanities, extra-large mirrors and bathtubs. These items may be shipped on a pallet with a tailgate delivery. This type of delivery is left in an accessible place to the driver. You may also choose to have this type of delivery made to any commercial premises with a forklift available on site.
3. All Other Items
Any items that don’t fall into the above two categories will be shipped directly to your home with standard shipping services—unless they are bundled with large or oversized items, in which case special shipping arrangements may apply.
Delivery Timeframes

Products Available at our Warehouse in Dallas, TX
Items stocked in our Dallas Warehouse are delivered within 5-10 business days from dispatch to most metropolitan areas. Regional or remote locations may require additional lead time. -
Products Available at our International Warehouses
Items stocked in our International Warehouses are delivered within approximately 8 weeks to most metropolitan areas. Regional or remote locations may require additional lead time.
General Terms
- Inspect all items upon delivery. Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order. To report a damage claim, please send the photos and a description, with your order details to info@enflair.com.au
- Due to the fragile nature of most of our products, it is essential to check for any defects or damage immediately upon arrival.
- We cannot accept claims for items left on-site for an extended period after delivery, as they may be damaged during storage or by contractors handling them.
- We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is undeliverable or difficult to ship. If this happens, we will notify you and discuss alternative arrangements if possible.
